the armor covering Talos’s skull shattered revealing a swirling mass of dark energy with teeth and glowing yellow eyes. The creature snarled and formed a whip out of darkness and tried to whip Shikya. He shot several spikes out of his back aimed at Tsukiyomi, but Mina blocked them with a wall of ice. Trina formed a sword of fire and slashed open a hole in the creatures armor on its right leg.

Shikya yelped slightly as it hit her stomach. She growled and concentrated a ball of pure chi in her hand the chi was white. Shikya ran forward the ball surging brighter as she thrusted it towards one of the broken parts of his armor

The creature’s armor continued to shatter revealing more swirling energy. His body seemed to be completely made out of swirling darkness. Most of his armor was now destroyed except for his chest piece and his left leg and his right arm. He continued squinting at the light but didn’t let up his attacks. Trina formed an axe out of light and hacked away the armor on his other arm. “He doesn’t seem to like light or fire very much. It’s still too dark in here though, he just keeps regenerating.” Tsukiyomi stood up. “I’m fine now Mina, you don’t have to worry about me. I know how to get more light in here, these trees are beginning to die from the creatures influence anyway. Lets cut away the unhealthy ones before they infect the others. Shippou sesshou!” a blinding silver light radiated from her body sending countless needles of silver flinging into the trees shattering them into splinters. “I’ts up to the rest of you now I’m too tired to do any more” Tsukiyomi collapsed after saying that but Mina caught her before she hit the ground. “I’ll look after her till she wakes up, you guys just take him out!” shouted Mina

"With pleasure.." Shikya said as a hollow mask started forming from beheath the top part of the chin. She lifted up her hand pointing her finger as a white ball started to form on it. "Cero..." The ball was forming alot bigger

The creature lunged towards Shikya with its claws fully extended, slashing wildly in all directions. It didn’t understand why, but for some reason it feared the mysterious ball of energy. “I wll crush you and feast on your soul!” Talos screeched as Trina bound his arms and legs with strands of light energy so he couldn’t escape. “Whatever you do, don’t miss!” she shouted at Shikya. Tsukiyomi had regained consciousness and had her hand over Mina’s heart and both of their eyes were glowing with a strange purple light. “What are you doing to me?” Mina whimpered as blood began to trickle out of her mouth. “I may not have enough strength to fight, but I can still heal” Mina looked at her with a worried look on her face “Stop it! You’ll kill yourself, you’re not strong enough to do that now! What about all the people here who depend on you? What will they do without you? Stop it now!” Tsukiyomi just smiled at her and began to pull an odd pulsating orb of darkness out of Mina’s body. “this is the distortion that was caused by the jewel, I don’t know if Chaos told you this, but the jewel has some creation and destruction magic. that distortion was literally destroying your soul. Now it’s no longer an issue. I can’t break the link though. The soul link on its own wont hurt you. it was the distortion that was draining your energy, the link just kept your lives linked together. if one of you dies, you both die.” Tsukiyomi passed out again and dropped the orb on the ground. Mina had Tsukiyomi's head against her chest and was crying uncontrollably. "Please don't die!"

The ground around Shikya started to crack and peices of rock lifting from the ground. The hollow spikes started to crack as the ball started shifting diffrent colors. She flinched in pain slightly but carried it out. "Blast...!" A small beam came from her finger the blast ripped apart the floor in the way but unfortunatly it was a two way blast because of the power. Some of the blast shreaded right through Shikya's shoulder sendding her flying back as the blood escaped from her shoulder slowly ozing down as she hit the floor skidding backwards into a tree. Shikya sat up grabbing on to her shoulder gasping in pain. She looked up to see if it worked

Talos tried desperately to pull free but couldn’t escape the web of light ensnaring him. The top half of his body was completely vaporized yet his remains still continued to move and slash wildly at Trina. He was unable to regenerate thanks to the moonlight now shining in the forest. Trina formed a small sphere out of light and trapped his remains within it. “hopefully he wont come back. He’s still alive somehow, but at least he’s harmless like this. How do you kill a shadow anyway?” She looked towards Shikya “are you ok?” Mina continued to cry trying to wake up Tsukiyomi. “We have to get back to the meadow before she dies! Maybe Chaos can heal her. Please don’t die!” she was barely understandable because she was crying so much. She used her shadow powers to open a portal and started carrying Tsukiyomi through it.

Shikya nodded as the blood quickly swept downward almost completely covering her hand "its just a scratch..." Shikya stood up and ran through the portal following them to the meadow
